Hi, I’m Aasia!
I'm a Registered Health and Exercise Practitioner, as well as a Certified Yoga and Mat Pilates Instructor. My mission is to help people improve their healthspan, feel confident and empowered, and enhance their overall well-being.
My training philosophy is rooted in consistency and balance. I design personalized programs tailored to each client’s unique health needs and goals.

I just finished my second session of strength training with Ageing Gracefully and I can not wait to sign up for the next session. I have also taken the pilates and yoga classes and I love them. I feel very comfortable and supported during sessions.
Workouts are challenging, but also fun and I really appreciate the variety of exercises, encouragement and modifications (when needed) offered.

Aasia is an incredible instructor! Her Pilates/Strength classes got me back in shape with clear guidance and a welcoming vibe!
What I love most about it is that it’s not just a workout, it’s an experience that leaves you physically and mentally refreshed.
